Franz-Josef Kleideitert, Managing Director, Singapore/Bangkok/Shanghai
Franz-Josef Kleideitert is the Managing Director and Owner of FJK Consultants Pte Ltd, which he founded in 1997 as a spin-off of Kienbaum Consultants International. Prior to FJK, he was a Director at Kienbaum in Frankfurt and Singapore.
His 36 years of professional experience include 21 years in HR and Line Management and most recently 15 years of HR management consulting.
His focus is on executive search for various industries (eg. chemical, automotive, industrial) across all functions, including national and international top management. He has extensive work experience in executive search, leadership assessment and development, training, business management, and customer service & operations and assists clients define their leadership strategy, design and deliver leadership assessment and development programs.
Before turning to the field of Executive Search, he held HR Director and HR specialist positions in companies such as Digital Equipment, Stinnes/Schenker and a Managing Director position at Thomson CSF Medical.
Franz-Josef graduated in Economics with majors in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the University of Bielefeld, Germany, is fluent in German and English and has lived in Germany and Singapore.
Sivaporn Halidsadeekul, Country Manager, Thailand
Sivaporn graduated with a Bachelor of Management. Sivaporn’s early career was in international hospitality industry. Before making her career shift to Executive Search, she worked for a local conglomerate in the business development role. Her job involved investments in real estate, retail as well as manufacturing projects.
She joined one of the global leading executive search organizations in 1995 initially as their researcher for the Thailand operation. She moved on quickly to become one of the company’s consultants and later climbed up to be the Partner.
Sivaporn had the opportunity to work with various international clients covering both local and regional placements for senior executives.Sivaporn also established a good working network amongst Executive Search Consultants worldwide. Besides helping her clients to find the best talent, she also provided consultation to clients in other Human Resource related matters, i.e. expatriate relocation, compensation and benefit and gave recommendation on the necessary tools for talent assessment.
She established Kienbaum FJK Consultants (Thailand) in 2004, with a starting team of 2 people. Sivaporn is heading Thailand’s operation with full profit/loss responsibility.
